The Technician was very polite & knowledgeable! He figured out the problem quickly and started the repair! When I was making the appointment the Representative on the phone was very polite & courteous ! Thank you Home Serve !

I have had Home Serve for the past 4 yrs. Over that time I have had several issues and when I called and Voila! help was on the way. I've had nothing but excellent experience with Homeserve. After years with an expensive, hard sell, high pressure sales local warranty company, who only seemed interested in telling me what they WON'T cover and then try to sell me unnecessary services or products every time they showed up, I made the switch to Homeserve, and am so happy I did. Alsolutely without question, 5-Star service. From the moment I called to report a main water line leak, Home Serve was on top of the issue. Time and professional service. Duncan arrived at 4 pm Friday, after the leak had even located earlier, and bless his heart, worked until 11:30pm to insure the repair was complete and our water was back and running. Duncan needed to dig down some 3 feet, cut roots and make the repair. The City shut of was stuck requiring call the city to shut off the Main. Highly recommend the Home Serve ... read more

To my surprise the company uses a method that cost much less and also was more efficient. some other plumbers will replace whole service line pipe with a new pipe which could cost a lot more than finding the leaking spot and fixing. These guys did a great job!

We paid on a water/sewer line policy for 10 years. We got the policy from Service Line Warranties through our city. HomeServe APPARENTLY took over the company in 2016. We were never notified of this and never received any mail with HomeServe's name on it, EVER. When I signed up for the warranty/insurance, I was asked the age of the home, that's it, not one other question. Our water supply line broke the other day leaking 100k gallons in 24 hours.
