I was completely satisfied with the work that Home Serv performed. They were professional, knowledgable about the problem and repair required, and were efficient, and courteous. They answered all of my questions and resolved my issue completely. They did a great job.

The customer service is very very poor. I have been paying on these policies for years. My Water Heater went out on 10/26/2020, and when I called in to file a claim is when the real nightmare started. today is November 05, 2020 and I still don't have a Water Heater. I will be canceling all of my Policies that I have with HomeServe.

Absolute waste of money and in my opinion a lazy company just looking to take people's money. We have been paying for this service for about a year now. We had one high water bill and then another water bill that was extremely high and when mowing the lawn realized there must have been a leak in our water line. My husband put a patch on the leak (But it was still leaking) and then we called HomeServe. Because my husband put the patch on the leak they wouldn't come and fix it. Quick response to my water heater issue and efficient resolution of the problem. Approval by HomeServe of my claim was immediate and without hassle, ensuring that I had a new water heater installed with little inconvenience to me! Excellent customer service!! A++++

Contacted the company for them to Remove me from their Mailing List in the phone listed in the letter and below is what happened: Oct20'2020 @3:45pm the first rep.1 put me on hold and them the call conveniently drop after ~10 minutes. Next call, rep. 2(or similar name) answered but her courtesy levels were not really that good. She stated that I was removed from the list but no confirmation number or anything given. After that, the call got closed. Their automated system called for to review and of course, was not good. The ... read more

I had a leaking pipe. Home Serve sent out Mr. B******* with **** **** ********* Mr. B******* was very professional and efficient. He had the leak fixed and was gone in under an hour. We had nothing to pay out of pocket as it was all handled by Home Serve. This was a truly good experience. Everything was taken care of with no hassle.

I would rate them as negative star if it is one of the options available here. Very nasty business and management team. They set me up through their "verbal approval " phone system so that they can charge my credit card constantly and steal you money "legally" according to them. All they care about is the money in your pocket. Watch out for those scammers. HomeServe: If you are confident in your service and performance, you do not have to trick the customers and trap them. They will come to you. Deception will not go too far... read more
