There would be no reason to not invest in HomeServe. Not only is it a reasonable price, but they are friendly, professional, and fast. They also send you a report of how much you would have spent if you paid out of pocket. I could have paid the monthly fee for HomeServe for 4 years without needing a repair and still saved money when I actually needed the repair. Well worth it!

If you don't have Home Service please get it. It will save you thousands plumbing, Electrical, and HAVC.

After Homeserve contacted the contractor, he was out the same day. He knew exactly what to do. He told me to turn on all of the faucets in the sinks and flush the toilet. After that he put his snake in the sewer all of the way down to the road and my sewer was opened. It didn't take long and I don't have any more problems. Thank you.

I've been a Home Serve customer for years and have used the service several times. I am very pleased with their response to my issues. Even when I had an issue with one of their contractors, Home Serve was quick to get involved and follow up to ensure the contractor met their obligation. The type of services Home Serve offers can be quite expensive but thanks to my coverage with them, my budget has been saved. This Home Warranty Company is incredible! Glad I bought this policy! In July this year, we had a water line leak under the floor in master bath. No money to pay for a plumber. I called HomeServe and they immediately found a local plumber from His & Hers Plumber, Mike-who was very professional and knowledgeable. It was hard to get to the leak so we had restoration company come out and rip out the bathroom floor and Mike worked with them to cap off leak and fix water line! This company is on point and it pays to take out their various plans. The service persons were professional, courteous and qualified. Work was done in a timely manner. I recommend them.

I called to report a stopped up kitchen sink and a dripping sound in the basement underneath the kitchen sink. The plumber they sent unplugged the drain and thought the problem was fixed. It wasn’t. However, when I called to make a claim, HomeServe did the right thing and reopened my original claim. Service was fast and professional. Glad I bought the home warranty!

I don’t even want to give this company 1 star since they should be in the negative. This company changed their name from Service Warranties of America. Why change your name??? Because you are a scam!!! The worst company to work with. They do not honor their contract. I recently had an inspection on our sewer lines and was informed by 3 different companies that my sewer line outside of my house needed to be replaced. Is there a double negative star rating? If so, I'd love to apply it here. I purchased Exterior Water Service Line from HomeServe on a house I previously owned. After I moved and checked on whether I had to cancel the agreement, my records didn't come up in their search so I assumed that as I was no longer owner of the house (and the authorized name on the account) my contract was no longer valid.
