I had a leaky pipe. I had called Homeserve. on a Saturday night. On Monday morning I had a call from the repair person. Great Service! Great response! I appreciate your support.

Absolutely professional service. Timely, clean. I didn't even need to get involved other than opening the door to let the tech in.
Worst service ever. Showed up over 4 hours late & told he had to reschedule. He acted disgusted, never said a word and left for his truck. No one has called us since. And they represent FPL. Pretty sad.

I’ve been a member with HomeServe for a few years. This was my first time ever contacting them for any repair. My water meter was leaking, I called HomeServe to send a Plumber to come out to my home. I took off from my job due to the time FPL home service was able to come out to my home. It started to pass the time and was getting late. The plumber came to fix a stopped up drain in the yard, and mistakenly pushed all the sewage up in to our house. What should have been a few hundred dollars to get a competent plumber to fix, is now going to be thousands in damage because of incompetence. And on top of the HomeServe is trying to say that damage isn't covered, even though they caused it.

Workmen from 3 D HOOVER SERVICES, LLC came and tore up our walkway, uncovering a problem valve. Halfway through the job, with everything torn up, they informed us that the 1" line to our house was a 3/4 in. "secondary" line, and that there was another "residence" on the property, and that the work was not covered by HomeServe. All of these are untrue!! The "residence" is a 15' x 30' office building (legally a temporary building), and NOT a residence. The 1" line to our house is the PRIMARY water line, with only several 3/4" ... read more

Called on 10/28/20. City water people agreed there is a leak but could not identify location. Leak appears to be on house side of water meter due to indicator moving intermittently . Meter container full of water and running into street. Not forceful but steady. Due to having a water line agreement with Dominion I notified your company the same day. Homeserve Sent out Mr. B****** from ****** ************ ************to work on my garbage disposal and water heater. He actually took the time to check the concerns out to obtain a proper diagnosis. He communicated with me properly and professionally. He addressed my concerns adequately with lots of knowledge. he even determined that the odor I was smelling in the home was NOT the water heater itself BUT the sewage from the wall where the hot water heater is located is actually backing up in the home within the walls!!!
