If you want an "insurance" program that takes over a week to send a plumber, this is for you! If you'd rather put your money into a savings account and just call a plumber when you need one, you'll get better service and you'll save yourself the tedious experience of getting a bunch of lazy thieves act like they are doing you a HUGE favor just because you expect them to do a tenth of what they advertise. This company is a complete fraud.

System was quick to respond to my call that my hot water tank was suddenly leaking over my basement floor the day after Thanksgiving. Arranged for timely service. Technicians arrived on time, explored problem, explained what needed to be done and tank was replaced immediately. Removed old tank, and explained workings of new tank before leaving. Techs. polite, informative and left area clean and tidy. Great service and cost covered by Home Serve. **** ******

My furnance wasnt blowing air out like it should be. I called home serve and they took my info and a repair servce company called me back quickly to set up time time troubleshoot furnace. They trouble shot repair and ordered part . Then came and made repais. Excellent service. From Home Serve and repair company.

The person fixed the problem, but everything else was disappointing. I would have preferred somebody in-town, not from over 2 hours away. This is a large metropolitan area - surely somebody was available from around here. The guy talked about other people's jobs pretty much the whole time. He did not listen very well. He did not seem much interested in my electrical system and barely looked at it. He acted like everybody was trying to get work done that wasn't covered. I had a cracked pipe from water main to my house and the front yard was a lake. I called HomeServe on a Thursday and Friday morning the repair technician arrived at 9:00 am. At 10:30 am he completed the job. Excellent service and response. I recommend this program to all. ***** **

Our water heater was leaking in our basement and we realized on Friday afternoon that we had no hot water at all. I called and the woman so nice and the Home Serve Repair man came out 4pm the next day Saturday and said it needed to be replaced I said yep I have the plan. THey said no you don't have the plan Meanwhile 45 dollars a month comes out of SJ Gas bill and one month 256 dollars came out. On Friday 11/13/20 we woke up to find that our furnace wasn't working. We live in *** and daytime temps were in the 40's. We called Homeserve USA because we had heating system coverage. We were told that someone would get back to us-- which they did after several hours. They told us that they had no contractors in our area for the service call and suggested that we find someone on our own.
