they are TRASH!!!!! DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!! BOTTOM LINE. they wont cover anything absolutely nothing. i cancelled my service agreement with these FOOLS! The response from HomeServe was fast, however, the plumbing company they used has a slow response. I am still waiting for my problem to be fix and they the plumbing company has sent two persons out to assess the problem. I called the plumbing company directly and was told that the only person who does the scheduling is out all week and I would have to wait until that person's return. I have received a check in the mail from this company and I don't even recall having this company as a warranty company unless they have other companies under them. All it says in the description is "C. Refund". If someone could please reach out and explain because I have no idea at this time. Thank you.
We had a leaking pipe on an interior line. I called HomeServe on a Monday and had a plumber there by the next day. It was not a huge leak so it was not an emergency call. It was an incredibly easy process. The plumbers came out, fixed the pipe, and were on their way and I did not have to pay a cent. I have been telling everyone how convenient and easy it was to use the service and how glad I am that we decided to go with the interior line coverage.
Back in 2018 and 2019, we had back up sewer problems and we were recommended to buy home serve protection for sewer problems. We bought one and in 2020 they hire ****** ********to replace the sewer pipes up to the main. Well, we though they replaced all the pipes up to the main one, BUT THEY DID NOT. I do not even know where to begin with this company. They cancelled my Water Line coverage without my request, knowledge and I never received a cancellation notice and I never received a change in policy (they added a service in place of the Water Line coverage keeping the premium the same). They blamed ********* Water for the cancellation which makes no sense. Every time I called I spoke to a different person who at the end of the day did not know what to do. My sewer line collapsed in my front yard. I called HomeServe. They sent out a plumber the next day. They tried to snake the drains but, could not open them. They told me that they could not be able to repair the sewer line for about 2 weeks. Fine, so what, I went out and bought a water pump for a $100. I got a hose and pumped the sewer water out to the side yard until they were able to do the repair. It took 3 weeks for the plumbing company to do the repair. It's now finished. Beware: 'Homeserve USA Corp.' Heating & Cooling is a scam. They refused to cover ANY damaged part or even prorate it. I spent $4500 to replace AC and they did not pay a single cent nor did they pay a cent to have the unit installed. Their terms and condition indicates I am entitled to get compensation. I request BBB to investigate what they are doing is right.

We had an air conditioner problem and appointment could not be scheduled for over 2 weeks! We called a local company who came within 2 hours and fixed the problem within 30 minutes!
