homeserveUSA is courteous. However, when we had a problem, it takes 7 days to correct it and it is not really acceptable with Plumbing situation! We had a person, non license, a few months experience, who came and broke more stuffs. And we were asked to pay for their negligence by claiming that our pipe was OLD! Well, we need to clear the bathtub buildup and the second crew came over and snaked that right through while the first guy failed to do it! It is unprofessional, not right, and may not be lawful! Many calls with no results. LOTS of promises though. A week without water, I had to hire a local guy myself and in less than 2 hours the repair was done. I cancelled them after paying premiums for YEARS.

I had a great experience with HomeServe contractor. I wish I could get other home services with them. The plumber they sent out worked really hard and was very professional.

absolutely horrible run!!! i had my system for a year and it continue to leak, they were out here in April and the same thing is happening, bunch of failed installs, system over flowing etc etc now it’s leaking again and they wanna charge me for coming out!! what a joke !!

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND. I have a TERRIBLE experience with homeserve. I had a premium exterior line insurance from them, and called them for service early july, they overall sent a few plumbers to my house. The first plumber they sent said there was a blockage on my exterior line that can not be snaked, they need to excavate to replace my pipes, but the company they sent does not excavate so they sent another plumbing company that does excavation, same diagnosis with my as previous company. This is the last part of the documentation for the phone call I made this morning - 1 July 22. It didn't fit in the window. "... Sydney should get a pay raise for remaining completely calm through all of this phone call. Especially if the correct bank account is in your system. We are not happy campers. I will continue to monitor our bank account to see if your computer system FINALLY GOT IT RIGHT! If this is how your company operates, what happens when a repair call comes in?"

Service Line Warranty, a company now affiliated with Home Serve USA Corp, provides water and service line protection. I have a maintenance contract with them. I recently experienced a service line break under my home and the company promptly assigned the repair work to a local plumber. Unfortunately, the plumber was unable to provide an efficient and effective response. Professional from start to finish. The problem was addressed in a timely manner. Initially it was thought that the issue may be more extensive if they went behind the wall. Also might have to remove sink and vanity. That scenario didn’t happen. So everything was covered! I am so thankful I signed up for the interior/exterior plumbing on our investment property. I highly recommend!
