I got the interior plumbing plan and when I needed it I was screwed over they don't cover valves and fixtures the customer service rep basically said its not covered you pay out of your own pocket.... it's my fault i assumed it would be cover and didn't read the fine print and on top of that I had a shady plumber trying to convince me to file a claim against my insurance company for a little leak and he had connections they don't seem to screen these contractors I canceled all my plans everything about this company seems sha... read more

Home Serve was great in repairing a leak in my main water line in my front yard. Their contractor came the next day and fixed the leak in less than an hour and a half!!! Home Serve also was great in clearing the blockages in two shower/toilet drains. Their contractor came the next day and promptly remedied the blockages. I highly recommend Home Serve.

Beware! On or around Aug-Sep of 2021 I informed HomeServe of a possible water line break on my property. When they sent someone out to fix the problem they came out said that they fix the issue however, approximately 2 days later, water was seeping through the same spot in the ground. I called HomeServe to complain, they apologize and promise to send another company out to fix the problem but no one ever came despite many calls. They were there for me on a Saturday when my air conditioner went out. Not only did somebody answer the phone but they were able to get somebody out to fix my air conditioner the next day. Really happy I purchased a home warranty through them.
Quick service, quick resolution of a water pipe running to a faucet inside my garage. The plumber was friendly and helpful.

Our AC unit went out and we called Homeserve. They responded with a sense of urgency as their service representative called us immediately, made contact with a provider, who schedule a next day repair. A quick assessment of the problem was made, and they installed a new compressor and blower at no cost. Thank you for coming to our rescue!!
I have been a customer of HomeServe for 5 years or more. In June my AC stopped working. I called and they sent out a contractor that had bad reviews. He told me I needed a new air condenser unit which home serve would not cover. Estimate was over $4300. After talking to a friend they suggested another company praising their work. I called them, he came out after hours and told I had a burnt wire to my blower motor which should be replaced. He came back two days later and it was fixed for $617.
