I have had 6 breaks to main water line in 24 months. Last 4 plumbers have recommended a new water line replacement stating that I should exp[ext more leaks. A bid was placed for a new waterline and Home Serve rejected this bid. Another bid has been entered but nothing yet. When home Serve has been called for the last 4 leaks there has been a delay of up to 5 days. No water, no toilets. HS did not take it upon themselves to find a plumber to it earlier. Home Serve has treated me very well! I recently had a leaking pipe in my bathroom sink. They sent ******* ********to fix it and as usual they did a great job and not only replaced the pipe but also cleaned out the aerator on my sink so I get better water pressure!
