If i could give no star, i would!! This is my second review and i will post my review until somebody responds to it. Back in 2018 and 2019, we had back up sewer problems and we were recommended to buy home serve protection for sewer problems. We bought one and in 2020 they hire ****** ******** to replace the sewer pipes up to the main. Well, we though they replaced all the pipes up to the main one, BUT THEY DID NOT. Home serve are a great company that has you covered when the unexpected happens!! My water line outside my home busted and they were on top of getting a contractor to assist the damages both ******* ******** and Home Serve got the job done and done right . No unexpected expenses just two great companies working together in unison to fix the problem.. The entire process was simple, straightforward and ultimately handled. Not much else could I ask for in the entire transaction. Called into HomeServe and in a short order was contacted by Messer Plumbing and Heating and we scheduled a service date. They came ontime and provided great communication as to the status of their arrival. They worked quickly, cleanly and effectively and the job was completed within two (2) hours. Signed the receipt and they were on their way.......excellent!

When our air conditioning quit producing cold air we called HomeServe and they worked with us quickly to contact a local HVAC repairman. The repairman arrived quickly and solve the issue within just a few minutes. They were professional and extremely proficient. We received follow up calls from HomeServe to make sure our problem was solve. We had no out of pocket expenses. I am very satisfied with Home Serve.

Repair company was OK. Customer service, problem solving were so bad I am thinking about cancelling all of my policies, of which I have many. I felt deceived. Other customers were reimbursed for the same problem I had but my request was denied. Elevating to a supervisor was even more frustrating. I wish there was a half star

I think Homeserve USA is engaging in a deceptive business practice. I purchased a service agreement from them to repair or replace the water service line into my house if it failed. After paying premiums to them for several years, I noticed in this years renewal agreement that a new water line exclusion section had been added that stated any water line with a pressure of over 30 pounds per square inch was excluded.
