I was very pleased with the results. A representative from ****** ******** came by and repaired the stack pipe in my basement in short order and he was very informative and professional. I would highly recommend this coverage to anybody. I am sure I saved hundreds of dollars by having this Home Serve coverage.

On 9/26/22 I called Homserve in regard to our water heater that was leaking. I called homeserve and put in a request for service since we have plumbing and water heater coverage. The homeserve dispatcher told us that we would hear from their contracted plumber. Later that day the confirmed they were coming the same day 9/26/2022. Once arrived, they came in the house with a phone, no tools, and took a few pictures. Quick response to service call. Plumber was courteous and technically very competent. Job was completed in a timely manner and the property restored to satisfactory condition.

Home Serve did repair a pipe as per the contract. After that point, Home Serve FAILED in restoring my property to it's original condition. I had a small area of my yard dug up, with flagstones removed. When they finished the repair, they left a mound of dirt, really is was mostly hard clay.. After over a year of calling, someone finally came out, leveled the mound of hard clay, instead of replacing the top soil, and did not replace the large flagstone to where they were. -Saturday, September 17, 2022 @ around 2pm - 3 pm: We have Sewer Protection & called for emergency service on a clogged sewer line in our house. HomeServe was a lifesaver. Broken main sewer line from my property to the street. Both service companies were very knowledgeable. Job was done in a timely matter and properly. Communication was terrific
