I am very happy with Home Serve. I called about an electrical issue, and it was resolved in a timely manner. Company that came out was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Took about an hour and a half to find and fix the issue. Highly recommended

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I requested to speak with a supervisor 3 times and each time none were available to speak with me. But they promised one would call me back within 24hrs. Of course that never happened. I even left a message on the CEO's voice mail explaining that I was not getting a call back from a supervisor and once again, nobody called me back. Had a waterline leak in front yard. HomeServe sent someone to fix it and they did. Very happy.

Your company didn't stand behind the contract I took out and was paying on every month to cover the cost for repair or replacement of the Septic Pipe going from the exterior wall of our house to the connector on the tank. The company you sent out to look at what repairs were needed who gave the wrong repair information paperwork back which at first your company said the replacement of the broken pipe was approved when I spoke with a gentleman named Michael in the morning then at 1:15 pm another gentleman called back who wasn... read more

Technician was prompt , friendly, and knowledgeable! I called on a Saturday and they came out on a Sunday to fix my AC Issue!

HomeServe saved the day. My water heater was, to say the least, on its last leg (gallon of luke warm water). I submitted my request based on my premium care contact for water heater repair or replacement. By later that day I was contacted by HomeServe and was told that I would be contacted by the coordinated plumber and heating specialist company. I had a furnace issue so I called home serve in the morning. About 2 hours later a furnace technician called me and set up a time for him to fix the issue. By about 2:00pm the furnace was fixed. Very impressed!

I have had to call them a couple of times years apart and every time from my initial call until the job is completed in very good timing was just Amazing. Never have I had to call back and say something wasn't right.I recommend them to people all the time.I Thank God for them.
