Excellent customer service
My wife is big on hotels. She loved the room layout. How clean it was. The restaurant 24/7 food was surprisingly delicious. The pool area was amazing to her. I love the DVD (like Redbox for us) amenities. The movie choices were great. Front desk staff (most of them) provide excellent customer service (my wife won’t ignore this). And we booked an excursion with no trouble. It was perfect but customer service was extended to make sure my wife was satisfied. She is one hard critic. — with Antoine Joseph.
I enjoyed my 8 day stay there for work, the staff and valets were great, the Restaurant is okay, the views from my room were amazing and for that reason I will be back in January.
