Well, so Hilton has decided to only give us 30,000 Hilton Honors points, which pretty much means nothing, maybe it'll ALMOST cover a crappy location. I requested room to be clean/sanitized at time of making early reservations and was reassured it would be. Day of arrival carpet was less than with fragments of floor. Bed linen had a unpleasant vile odor with stains. I requested room to be fully cleaned with fresh clean linen and was delayed to not.

I’m so disappointed about the customer service of the hotel. As I am long term guest, staying in the hotel for more than 3,5 months and fully pre-paid by company however I not getting any special treatment or priority for long term guest. I have been a loyal Hilton customer for years. Since the pandemic (and even a few minor instances before), I have seen a huge decrease in their customer service and a huge increase in their desire to boost their bottom line at anyone’s expensive but their own. I had to change the date of my reservation due to COVID and was told that it would cost me almost $1000. I have been a top tier member for over ten years and am disheartened on how inflexible this organization has become. I will no longer be a patron to Hilton and will focus all future travel plans on Marriott properties.

Horrible, Stay at this hotel. Don't walk away RUN AWAY! Staff Sucks. Charged my CC $264. I asked for a late checkout and they locked us out of our rooms. NO INTERNET. It was Horrible. Management is Very Rude. The Manager should be fired and sent back to school to learn how to take care of guests. I will never come back to this hotel.

The worst service possible. They treat loyal customers like crap before they even review established history of any member. When you tell them you do not want room service and leave for the day the room service still goes into your room. Poor Management here.
