My wife and I just returned home from here, but we didn’t want to leave. Everything about it was great! From a fantastic check-in experience (I think our guy’s name was Wei) to getting help with luggage from Jay, our very clean and well-appointed room for people with disabilities, great view of the ocean only a block away, super staff Massimo and Omar in the bar, excellent dinner and breakfast in MAC24-7 with great service once again, and efficient check out. Stayed for 7 nights and the experience was just amazing.. the usual Hilton experience.. one of the best location just a block away from the beach and Waikiki pink trolley bus stop was just outside the entrance. Check in and check out was smooth and the staff were helpful and courteous.. would recommend this property if you are staying in Waikiki...
Rooms are small, flooring is awful. AC is not powerful enough to keep the beach facing rooms cool enough.
Beautiful hotel with fantastic views, friendly staff throughout, clean rooms and great restaurant. Would definitely stay here again when I return
