Someone came into our room while we were gone, proven by the logs the manager gave us, and left a dirty condom in our dirty clothes, that we found when we did laundry back at home. After numerous calls/emails with the hotel manager and corporate, no one seems to care. I genuinely am disgusted by this and the fact that everyone we have spoken to, has tossed us aside, like it isn't a big deal. We have been Hilton Honors members for 15 years and will NEVER stay at a Hilton Hotel again.

I work for the post office so we get the government rate. Someone in reservations assisted me in locating a hotel closet to my destination that had government rate rooms available for my time of booking. I was told at the time and with email confirmation to present my I.D. and tax exempt form at check in which I did. The nice young lady at check out apologized that it was not noted and she didn’t know how to do it. She took down my number and told me the General Manager Alexandria George would call me. The customer service team was very poor and unwelcoming. My entire family noticed the difference in treatment of customers of different races. Our room was never cleaned during our stay and we never received clean towels. Anna was very nice and extremely helpful, but the other team members were not. Our refrigerator never worked. We informed guest services and they never resolved the issue. The room keys were deactivated a day before we checked out as if we were not welcomed. We have been double-charged in a fraudulent manner by Hampton Inn Middletown, OH and they are refusing to help us. We have also called Hilton corporate multiple times. We pre-paid for our lodging. A few days after we checked out we were charged exactly one cent more than the initial charge which meant we had to take a completely different and lengthier process to dispute the charges. My friends and I are doing a girls trip to Marco island florida to the Hilton. I called the hotel to see if they had any better price offers then what was posted online. They said we have the honors price match guarantee program and if you find any price cheaper then ours we not only match it but give an extra 25 percent off. I said great there is a cheaper price on booking.com. They said file the claim online and we will get the price match. I went to the Hilton in while I stayed in Monroeville PA. First off, I stayed with my kids so when I checked in, I would have thought the ladies at the front desk would've warned the customers about the broken elevators but instead acted like they didn't care. Second, with it being a hilton, I did not know you had to order a microwave and a fridge. I was scheduled to stay for 2 days with my kids and I did not have a room with a fridge upon arrival. I had a rough day of flying since 9am PT and my flight was cancelled at ATL airport around 11:30pm ET. Instead of choosing the hotels available via the airport, I chose to stay at a Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel because I used to have positive experiences at the hotel chain, especially with the perks of a Diamond member. Booked my dream wedding at Hilton Garden Inn at the Riverfront in Suffolk Va. Upon check in, our presidential suite was given to another guest so they accommodated us for a room but then charged my card for this accommodation two days after the wedding. The manager was far from empathetic just to tell me it was fair and generous to get a comp room. We paid thousands to have our wedding at this location. Extremely dissatisfied with this resort! i booked two rooms together 5 night stay and when i requested rooms Same floor, i would receive snarky responses from the front desk attendant "Samson" i booked king size ocean view rooms and i was changed to floor #2 absolutely no view!
