I stayed at the Hilton Resort From March 3rd to March 6th at the Hilton Vallarta Riviera all inclusive resort with 3 other girls and our experience was not pleasant at all. I have explained how a series of unpleasant and disappointing events started. 1- Trash Can - For the first two nights we had no trash can in our room after asking for one multiple times. I am a Hilton Honors reward member and always staty at Hilton, I went to Hilton Uptown this past weekend book 2 rooms and had coffee one night. As I finished my coffee I see there are things in the bottom of my cup. I immediatley took it over to the hostess and the Coastal resturant and she was alarmed and could figure out what this stuff was. I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Downtown Toronto I book 2 nights on the Hilton App, At arrival I had to line up for about 2 hours because their system was down, even though I opted for virtual check in trough the app and digital key it was not working. My issue was limited service, I was not informed properly by the limited services in the Hotel, my room rate was full rate not reduced rate based on services were limited, during my stay my room was not cleaned. I am writing to you today to let you know that I just spent an hour and a half with your customer service team to achieve l literallynothing. They were rude and short and often cut me off. I was asking for a price match because there are multiple cheaper prices availableonline than booking directly with Hilton. I was met with a number of reasons as to why they can't match the price.....oh it doesn't say the room type, oh this one is the honors discount flex rate and we don't match that rate, oh we don't match that website at... read more

During my recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn Austin University Capitol District on dates Feb 11-14 I had the worst experience possible! Service was horrific...I had no towels unless I made trips downstairs to the front desk to request this, also housekeeping never came to clean my room even after calling down to request and requesting daily service at check-in with Manager Jeffery Lindsey. Horrible customer service, not worth the stay. This hotel charged me for parking without verifying if I had a vehicle to park during checkin. Once I called about the billing the manager told me I was yelling which I was not. I began to laugh calmly because I assumed it was a joke. I advised her I did not have a vehicle and to remove the charges. I am a Hilton Honors member and I never had an experience like this in all my stays from state to state, and I travel frequently. The GM and Manager need to tighten up.

I was supposed to stay at the Hampton Inn at the Philadelphia Convention Center. We were there to support the Pink Invitational Gymnastic Meet which raises funds to support breast cancer. My daughter and I have never been to this area and we were approached by a man while trying to find a place to park our car since the hotel has no parking. I will not go into what happened because it is personal but the man took my hotel reservation information with our room number and name on it! *** Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH Advertises non-smoking rooms. I specifically requested a non-smoking room due to asthma. The room reeked of cigarette smoke which was extremely strong in the room. Requested to switch rooms and told they were fully booked. There were only 2 of the 6 elevators working for 15 floors. The biggest safety concern was when we decided to take the steps rather than wait 20 minutes for an elevator (no joke) we were there for a VB tournament.
