I left a review earlier regarding my objection to questions of privacy about our reasons for travel as I booked my reservation. Hilton responded quickly with calls and emails. I am happy to say that the agent allayed any fears and added points to our Hilton Honors Account. Thank you, Ms Little. We have found Hilton properties to be consistently clean and service to be agreeable as we have traveled.

I am reviewing reservations at the Hampton Inn and Suites, **** ****** **** *** Birmingham AL, . My objection is the question the clerk asked as I endeavored to book one night's lodging. "What is the reason for your travel?" This is a violation of privacy; I strongly object. I was placed on hold for so long that I eventually hung up. Annie C

Booked single reservation for one night, but after a reservation issue on Hilton's end, they created a second booking in my name, charged me for a no-show for the second reservation. I called and e-mailed to try and resolve the issue, and they refused, effectively stealing $330 from me. I'd submit a request to complaint to BBB to help resolve this, but they already dismissed my request via direct communication. It`s the worse Hilton I have ever stayed at. Yhe General Manager charged me $250.00 cleaning fee for smokiking guess what I don`t smoke. When I asked her to refund me she insited that I smoked and refused to refund my money. I do not recomend this property to anyone and I`m a Hilton only kind of person. If you do stay there hold on to your wallet. Worse experience I`ve ever had. John R. Mezak They are asking me to rate them with stars and I can`t even give then one. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!! Booked a hotel room for an employee under my name and Hilton Honors account with him as a guest so he would be able to check in at the Homewood Suites in Fort Myers, FL. Contacted the hotel, received a credit card authorization form because the company was paying for the stay, filled out and returned the form to the email that sent it (no email or fax number provided on the form, like ALL other hotels). We stayed at the Hilton in Parsippany, NJ for a convention in October 2018. The staff was rude, did nothing to help accommodate us when we discovered that the shower had no hot water and filled the tub whenever we used the shower. And our room’s heater blew cold air constantly unless shut off completely. They never informed us about the pool and hot tub being under renovation. Used company travel to book room for an employee; Hilton Back Bay Boston MA. When an employee arrived, they asked for a card for incidentals as usual and charged him. I called to clear the situation up and give them a company credit card. They were rude to me on the phone stating "Why did the money come out of the account if he didn't have any..."
