Was not happy with my stay at all! Everytime me and my family travel out of town we always make sure we book at embassy suites! This has been the worse experience for our first two nights here the ac was broke we all woke up in the middle of the night because it was so hot barely got any rest! Someone finally came in the morning to fix it. The lady said she could do anything for us far as giving us some money back because we booked through a third party! Other than the dirty ceiling and gobs of dust in the air vent, the stay was fine. I booked online through the website (not a third party) and they charged me again when I checked out. It’s been 3 weeks. They keep saying they issued it, corporate says the refund was canceled, discover has no record that it was ever pending, corporate said they can’t fix it because it’s the hotel’s “fault”, the manager of the hotel won’t call me back even though his employees keep promising me he will, and it’s not even a busy hotel. I normally enjoy staying at the Hilton chains but had a very disappointing experience with trying to resolve incorrect billing charges. I placed three calls with no resolution. I eventually spoke to a supervisor who was too busy arguing with me to review the information on my reservations. The final charges were not correct and I will end up overpaying. It is frustrating as I called beforehand and also reviewed the rooms at the front desk of the hotel to make sure they were correct. I will no longer go to the Hilton chain as... read more

I inquired simply regarding a price match for the hotel reservation, I wanted to see if that was all possible. I spoke with 6-7 personnel not giving me any answers, after constant transfer, I was transferred over to someone supposedly a supervisor, she first was not helpful at all and to then top it off with all, she stated I was looking for a handout and free stuff. Longview tru has a infant behind the desk wow. Being a business owner myself this is sad and sickening looks like your general manager has no control. I will never come here again. Jenn Withers is the GM i got a card and there are two ladies behind the desk so why the baby. I asked her name as of course no name tags her name is Rudy or Ruby she did not want to tell me. Hilton you can do better

I booked 2 hotels at Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville, TN (Vanderbilt). It was a king suite and a double queen suite from May 6-8. We arrived to the hotel and went to our rooms to inspect them because, there have been problems before with rooms not being clean and hair all in the bed. Well that’s exactly what happen again. I thought thinks would change because of the pandemic of Covid. Nope, same thing. Hair was all in the bedding (sheeting, pillows, and mattress cover). The 1 pillow had red stains on it. Rented a double queen. I discovered trash in one of the beds after I’d napped on it. Apparently a previous guest left it there and housekeeping did not change the sheets. Not worth the money to sleep on dirty sheets. Management at the local level offered the equivalent of $10 and corporate promised action with poor follow through. As a Diamond member, I am starting to regret all the previous business given to the Hilton brand. They must have forgotten that they must earn our business everyday.

I have been a Hilton Brand hotels fan for years. I am even currently a Gold member and just shy of Platinum. However, Hilton hotels have gotten way too expensive now. So, I have decided to no longer stay at their hotels. We even have a corporate discount that used to be really good. But now when you put in our code, the price is “higher” than the regular rate! Shame on Hilton as this is just an insult to me as they think I’m dumb enough not to check prices!!!! Again, I will no longer book a Hilton Brand hotel. I really hope ... read more

Our party stayed in 3 rooms total 5/6/22-5/8/22. On Saturday during our stay we paid for a pool cabana for the afternoon. Some time around 2pm a child vomited in the pool and the pool was evacuated. All guests were asked to get out of the pool and for over an hour we sat on the side of the pool as the vomit floated around and did not hear any apology from staff to guests the entire time.
