I made a reservation online for the Hilton Garden Inn at Virginia Beach for a work conference. When making the reservation, it asked for a credit card number and said that the card would be used to place a hold on my account for a specific amount in order to guarantee my reservation. That made sense to me. They needed some surety for holding my room open. Never ending problems with this company. As a frequent business traveler finally have given up. Endless problems; bogus charges, not charging the same price as the reservation, you name it. Never ends. Frequent travel friends have left and gone to other companies with much greater competence.

Our stay was sensational, from housekeeping to the front desk staff’s help. David was the manager on duty during our stay and he remembered my children and us, and he checked in to make sure everything was wonderful for us. It was!

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the Hilton brand after dealing with Hilton Grand Vacations, selling a grossly overvalued product. Despite blocking the HGV phone number, they still managed to get through to me on my business phone number. When I resisted the offer of a cheap stay at a Hilton in Myrtle Beach or Orlando, they piled on enough perks for me to arrange to do some business in Myrtle Beach. I am only here to talk about what occurred last night while checking in the double tree hotel in nanuet. I like the Hampton inn even though the plumbing with the water could be better but yea. Anyways my problem with the doubletree hotel is that they do their own thing even though my issue was due to the error of the reservation agent and the letter from my "be my guest voucher" basically, for those who don't know this if it has the hotel on the voucher it's for that hotel ONLY. I recently made reservations to stay at the Hilton Hotels. My transaction was complete and I was asked to participate in a survey at which point I would receive 500 Hilton Honors points. Willingly I participated in the survey but as the conversation continued I was told I was offered an exclusive vacation and all I had to do was listen to a two hour presentation..as I continued I was a little iffy about the experience and kept on requesting an opportunity to rethink the process. I checked in at the Hampton Inn & Suites Flint/Grand Blanc, 6060 Rashelle Drive, Flint, MI at 11:30pm, January 31, 2018. Upon initial review the room appeared okay, some wear and tear visible. I discovered the bed didn’t have a mattress pad, only a sheet over the mattress. I woke up off and on during the night scratching my neck and hands. I had the WORST experience at the double tree hotel in Minneapolis. I was celebrating my 21st birthday and decided to get a hotel room for my self and four other people. Before the night even started we were told to leave because we were being loud. We NEVER got a noise complaint. We NEVER were told that it was a one warning and you're kicked out type of deal.
