I am very dissatisfied with this hotel. And I am usually a fan of Hilton. It stated out that I was told we would have a sofa in the room.... Got there...we didn't. So I went to guest services while leaving my daughter and her friend in the room. They had brought dinner in with them. So they ate their dinner. I was quickly switched into a different room. Stayed at Doubletree Hotel in Salt Lake City. Was told I would get points added for my stay. Received an email later saying no activity on my account. When I contacted Hilton Honors I was told there were two accounts in my name and they couldn't be combined. Would advise anybody using Hilton Honors program to discontinue and go with another hotel awards program.

Well, the old adage "you get what you pay for" rings pretty true with this one. The courtyard is pretty to look at but the staff and their lack of control of/comminent to safety of guests, and the customer service are appalling. There is NO control over who is in the building, paying guests are competely overrun by multiple guests who bring in upwards of 15 people each and people who aren't even staying in the hotel. After staying may 1 and may 3 I don’t even want to rate. My bill for May 1 was $197 a Wednesday when the marines graduate in Thursday. On May 3 it was $137. Do the math. The rates are higher during graduation and this was what I was told by the person who checked me in. I spoke with a manger on duty today may 8 and she said Wednesday and Thursday are the busier days. Anyone with common sense can see that when marines graduate in Beaufort SC Hampton Inn raises the price. SHAME ON THEM! FAMILIES OF THE MARINES PLEASE TAKE THIS... read more

Can I put less than one star? Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The overnight crew are absolutely RUDE. The security guard was yelling to other residents of the hotel to “shut up” up to the 5th floor. The concierge was rude when my key wouldn’t work and I went down from the 7th floor to get it fixed. After I tried to get a new key from the night before from the same individual. Can’t belive the Embassy would employ/put up with such behavior. Absolutely ridiculous.

Would not recommend for families with a special needs child(ren). Was asked to leave due to my three year old son with autism making too much noise by simply jumping on the bed. Staff was very rude and wishy washy in reasoning (first said the tenants next door had a meeting the next morning & it was Saturday night, then it was a long drive early in the AM) They refused any accommodation or moving to another roon and left us to look for another place to stay at 10 PM. Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington/Christiana in Delaware. My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 days. I gifted him a collectible knife that meant a lot to him and myself. We realized on returning home that the knife was not in our possession. Mind you, this is a heavy and longer type of knife, something that cannot be easily misplaced. I am very disappointed with the poor customer services this hotel offered. They were not understanding and flexible with my reservation. I didn't realize that I booked a nonrefundable room and my travel dates changed a few days after my reservation. I asked them to cancel my reservation due to my availability changing and they said there was nothing they can do. My reservation was almost a month away so I believe there should have been something they can do. I am disappointed with Hilton.

Hilton Anaheim. After staying here for three nights my family and I decided to extend our stay. Camille from the front desk told us to come by and the front desk would assist us. We were at Disneyland and made it back as soon as we could to book to be told that they were sold out. Really? Why wasn’t our room held? Why didn’t they consider that we couldn’t drop what we were doing and rush back to the hotel? This hotel made absolutely no effort to accommodate us and just repeated that they were sold out!
