Frustration beyond belief!!! I was attending The Las Madrinas Ball (a fundraiser for Children's Hospital LA) at the Beverly Hills Hilton. The Beverly Hilton is one of the nicest hotels with the best brand in LA. The valet (who is an employee of the Hilton) while parking my car was involved in a hit & run accident. My sole purpose for staying at Hilton Hotel Properties is their commitment to "Hospitality." A belief I think is held by Mr. Gareth Fox, Christopher Nassetta, and Mr. Witter. I stayed at this hotel 10.14.2017. We requested a late check out.. only to receive a call to our hotel room stating there was no record of the request. I explained that arrangements were made with the hotels front desk clerk. The manager on duty, Angelica, went on to explain how arrangements are logged instead of apologizing for the mistake. I recently stayed at Hampton inn Fremont CA. This hotel management engages in racial and ethnic discrimination against hotel guests from minority backgrounds. If you bring these racial/ethnic discriminatary issues to hotel management notice they refuse to acknowledge it and take any remediation step to fix. It seems this hotel administration seriously believe in racial and ethnic profiling of hotel guests and providing services based on that criteria.

The hotel itself is nice. However the way they conduct business is not ok. I booked 3 nights with them through Priceline. The first night we were there I was charged $345, the second night $29. When asked about these charges the front desk person assured me they would be refunded. We checked out Monday then the next day (almost 24 hrs after check out) I was charged another $212. I immediately called the hotel and asked for an explanation and was told they hadn't received the money from Priceline. Ok well mistakes happen. I h... read more

Worst hotel ever. Worst experience ever. I reserved room 813 at the homewood suites 1314 Cuming Omaha Nebraska a week in advance to watch to fireworks on July 1st 2017. My family came from out of town. I called the June 30th to confirm my room 813. Called July 1st, to see if my room 813 was ready for check in. Sorry we gave the room to some else. A reputable hotel is one with the most experienced staff, especially in situations where the safety and integrity of a guest are at stake. Higher-rank authorities of Casa Marina Resort in Key West, Florida are clueless! In three separate occasions in the past, managers there totally failed to act when needed. I had a reservation at Hilton Garden Inn, Seattle Downtown WA May 30 - June 1st(2 nights). Due to flight difficulties and eventual cancellation, i needed to cancel this reservation. I do realize that you have a 24 hour cancellation policy, but what should I do when such issues arise (that i can't control).
