Inaccurate information was provided, simply to sell me a Hilton Grand Vacation package on April 12, 2017, by a representative named Efrain. I was offered a 4 day 3 night trip to Orlando for $399. The package included a free cruise as well. I was very specific with my questions. We focused on one particular property. I asked what type of room we would be staying in. This business was nice on the outside and I thought that since it was by the Hilton I would definitely get my money's worth on the price I paid which was the most I ever paid for a hotel, I was VERY disappointed with this room it had stains on the floor, a stained couch bed that was hard to pull out, broken stove with one working isle that you had to wiggle at times to keep it working which was a pain. I still have not received a response in regards to the way I was treated at your property. I've been sending emails and getting no response. I was doing happy hour and my daughter was eating and we were told to leave because there was no outside food allowed, we didn't question it, we started packing up. Stayed over the weekend for my son's hockey tournament. After I paid in full $451.52 Hampton Inn charged my credit card $519.25 and then ,my debit card $519.25. The first person I spoke with cleared up my extra credit card charge no problem. I called back once I realized they had also charged my debit card and no manager could help me until the following week so I was out of luck. How nice and professional.
