I will never book here again my twins turned 13 and I wanted to let them and some friends play in some water and I was going to cook on the grill when I checked in I told the girl at the counter she didn't say anything but that the pool closes at 10 they already took 158 from me and was only suppose to take 125 I didn't trip I went to go get a burger and come back and some lady was in the lobby trying to get the other employees to say something to me when they wouldn't she pulled me to the side and asked me what was I doing ... read more

ONE BAD STAY AFTER ANOTHER. IF YOU CAN BYPASS THIS LOCATION ALTOGETHER PLEASE DO SO. I stayed here the first time last year and had a maintenance issue with the tub. It was then forwarded to the general manager who made a reasonable effort to reach out to me. After speaking with her about the issue I was appeased with a certificate to stay again. I am a Alabama state employee and booked a room for a meeting at the Hyundai plant. The state cancelled our meeting and since I booked a low rate guarnteed the hotel charged me a cancellation fee and would not credit me the room rate for the rescheduled room 2 weeks later. I contacted member reward line and hotel with no satisfactory answer. I’m not asking for a refund just a reschedule. Seems like good customer service would have given me that. I’m a diamond member and have had less than stellar experiences with Hilton. The most recent incident involved a hotel stay in which they double booked my room. Luckily, I was still dressed in work attire because a gentleman walked into my room with his key. Needless to say, that was a terrifying experience as a female traveling alone and to make things worse, the person at the front desk was less than concerned. Do not stay at this hotel or give them credit card information. They charged me a cancellation fee after telling me they would not charge me a cancellation fee. I cancelled ahead of time. I would not have cancelled if I had known they would charge me $158. They lied to me several times over the phone. They told me that I booked through a third party , so there was nothing they could do. I did not. I booked directly through their own website. Then they told me I cancelled at 2:45 am in the morning. Very disappointed with the property and the response of the staff at Union Station Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton, St. Louis Mo.
