Terrible hotel. Stayed at embassy suites Phoenix airport with multiple families. Several of us woke up with bed bug bites and some even caught video of bed bugs crawling on their pillow at night. Hotel was dirty and excrement from the bugs were on the mattresses. Despite this, hotel didn’t find an actual “live bedbug” during their own search of a few rooms. My family and I checked in on September 1st 2019 to spend one night for first time and was told I could stay in the room because we had balloons. I then immediately checked out and left and called my credit card to dispute the charge. After I left my daughter had stomach pain which resulted in emergency surgery. I called trying to re-access my Hilton Honors account. Apparently they need all this email to verify your account rather than simply sending a link to your "verified" email account already on file. It is a hotel rewards program! Why act like it's life insurance... Will not be staying at a Hilton property after the struggles of trying to access my account.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I Just received a $125.00 pet fee that I was unaware of. I came in on business the night of 12/7. Previously I made a reservation over the phone with Hilton. I was very explicit that I wanted a pet friendly establishment. I was unaware of any charge and nor was I told about one. I was quoted my corporate rate and accepted. This hotel charged my card 4 times for a 2 night stay. They told me my reservation was cancelled mistakenly, made me reserve again at a higher rate and then charged me for both reservations. Management was very rude when attempting to straighten this out. I have emailed the assistant general manager and the general manager to no avail. Do not reserve a room at this location or you will be taken for a ride.

I am first of all appalled at seeing that the Hampton Inn & Suites 60 Wasden Road, Hope Hull, AL 36043 has an A+ rating at this location!!!! I would like to first of all start of by stating that this location ruined our (my husband and I) Thanksgiving Day holiday. I really don't want to give any stars! I arrived late last night, so I was exhausted. Handed my voucher for a free night's stay to Fred (he is not part of my complaint).
