Imran did an amazing job replacing and refinishing my wood floors! My house was built in ****. We did a renovation that entailed combining a couple of bedrooms. What is the point of Hilton overseeing franchises if they let them discriminate the way they do? Read up on this corporation guys, I’m a diamond member and was kicked out of a hotel after they locked me INSIDE my room. Hilton is wreckless and refuses to take responsibility for their hotels. They will lie, stall, cheat and probably a whole lot worst if they can get away with it. This behavior has to stop. I’ve been victimized by them not once, but twice.
If I could give a 0 star, I would. Hilton Garden Inn does not care about its customers. They cancelled not one, but two reservations I had made one month in advance for a family reunion. They left my sister and I high and dry close to midnight after traveling all day to get to Shreveport, LA. And the clerk at the check-in desk had the nerve to say he would not charge me for the cancellation! My sister and I had to scramble to find another place to stay, and hotels were practically full that week due to various events in town... read more

If I could rate this a 0 star, I would. I called the phone number provided on Google for the Hampton Inn suites and spoke to a women from their support center or “Central” to book my stay with my fiancé and my puppy for the weekend. I specifically chose this hotel because it is pet friendly and I was charged an extra $50 a night. We let our dog out in the morning for the bathroom then went to breakfast with my family. On July 21, 2022 I had a reservation at the Hampton Inn **** ***** **** ** ********** *h 45219. I had initially made the reservation March 2022 for the Cincinnati Music Festival. When I first made the reservation I was told the price was $453. In June I was told the price was $953. $400 more than I was quoted initially. I have all emails for proof as well. Embassy Suites - Deerfield Beach- Management needs to be present and attend to guest. Guest are allowing non guest in and wreaking havoc. We had family reunion, I booked 7+ rooms. One of the rooms was Oceanfront but the view was of the wall of the condo next door. When I asked to be moved they said the said it had access view to the pool. They charged for Oceanview. In April I acquired a credit card that was supposed to provide Hilton Gold status. Hilton has refused to honor the agreement with the credit card company and will authorize the status change. Originally Hilton tried to blame the credit card company for the problem but it turns out that was not the case.
