Hip replacement proceeded as anticipated. Dr. Hickman and his staff are top notch. I was completely comfortable using this office for this procedure. 4 weeks after surgery I'm walking normal, pain free albeit a little stiffness and am back to doing everything as I was pre surgery. First rate experience.
Excellent experience.
I had both of my knee joints replaced last summer (2020). Dr Hickman and his staff were excellent from start to finish and very professional. I had no complications or post-surgery issues of any kind. You can hardly see the scar on my knees! It's great to not have my knees ache anymore and I feel great! Thank you Dr. Hickman!
I needed my left knee replaced and my right knee fixed and was referred to Dr. Hickman after having a not so great experience with another well known doctor in the valley. Dr. Hickman replaced both of my knees this past year and it has made an amazing difference in my quality of life. Dr. Hickman came extremely well recommended and for good reason. The surgical process was flawless and the result was a quick recovery on both knees. I’m pain free and able to return to activities I thought would remain simply memories. Dr. Hickman and his team are amazing professionals and I highly recommend them.
Every visit has been conducted professionally, courteously, and with safety measures in force for covid restrictions and precautions. I received two new hips (one for each leg) this fall... I am very satisfied with the progress I have made. I am now able to walk long distances and walk up and down the stairs in a normal gait. I am so pleased with their concerns at each visit. I truly am so excited to recommend this office and Dr. J Hickman to other family and friends.
My knee has been in increasing pain over the last four years after a revision done at University of Utah. I saw Dr Hickman and he explained to me what the problem was and how he could fix it. And it worked! I cried when I saw the X-rays after surgery.
