They are so quick to get you from the foyer to your room. They don’t rush you through your visit and really listen.
Alway cammunicated about everuthing nice also
Lots of talking at me. Not much listening. After recommending a diagnostic injection as a way to diagnose whether the cause of my pain was coming from my hip he said he didn’t know what his next step in treatment would be. He became argumentative when I asked what might be the treatment options as a way to help me determine if the diagnostic injection was even worth it. He went on to say “we don’t deal with what ifs” and then touted something about an article he wrote “15 years ago and published in a major journal”. May be a... read more
I initially made my appointment to see Dr Hickman because I thought I had a pulled muscle or other minor hip probllem. Come to find out, I now have my total hip replacement scheduled in 45 days. Oh man. I love surprises, but not these types of surprises. Dr Hickman and his PA, Stephanie, are fantastic and I am happy to be in their care.

I usually see the PA. Both Stephanie and Sammy are very caring and thorough and cover my needs and questions. Dr Hickman is to the point but also caring and a very good surgeon. He did wonders on both of my knee replacements! I can walk again without pain in my knees.
From start to finish, office visit and Dr and staff All very professional!
I have always been seen within a few minutes of my appointment time. The staff movs quickly through the evaluation process and Dr. Hickman goes over all the options and listens to my concerns. I have always left with confidence that We Have made the best decision for me.
