Very helpful and accommodating – Engell at Herzog-Meier was very helpful and accommodating. His service was prompt and thorough. He took care of everything that needed to be done and even recommended a new set of tires. I was impressed that I got everything handled in one location and one day. I plan to return in the future and will request Engell as my service manager.
Make purchasing easy – I recently purchased a 2010 VW Jetta for my son at Herzog Meier Volkswagen. I purchase Mercedes, Cadillac and Land Rovers for myself, but this was one of the best experiences to date with a car dealership. Great manager, sales and staff. They make purchasing a vehicle easy and set a role model for the industry.
Thoroughly Enjoyed! – My wife and would definitely give our experience at Herzog-Meier an A+. Dare I say it, we thoroughly enjoyed our car buying experience. We'll be referring our friends and family to this dealership for their next car purchase.
I am from Medford, OR and this is the second time my daughter's VW needed service at Herzog-Meier. They run a quality shop with quality folks. Engell Pellumbi was outstanding as my service advisor!! Engell even washed the car for her prior to pick-up. My daughter was impressed as well...and that can be hard to do with college folks! They do it right the first time, and saving time is very big to me.
Trustworthy – I have never had a "repair guy" I could trust in regards to my car. Having worked as a service writer for a short time I understand the stresses of the job and as a customer that it can be hard to find a trustworthy person to deal with when handing over your keys. I just bought my first new car in my life after college. I shopped around and needless to say, I was frustrated by most salesmen, especially those who are from Honda.
