This company is great! – We had a great experience, I would rate it as 5-star! Doug Galloway was great! We were looking at Audi and Lexus vehicles as well as Volvos, and without Doug's help we may have purchased a car that wasn't right for us. Great deal, friendly sales staff and easy buying process. Great Fun Car – I am really enjoying the 2006 Mini Cooper I bought from Herzog-Meier. It is a great, fun car. Everything I was looking for and a great price. I would rate everything and everyone I dealt with at Herzog-Meier a 5 out of 5. Richard was very easy to deal with and I felt like he did the best job he could do with what I was looking for. I also really enjoyed dealing with Dave in the financial department, he was very informative and helpful.

So happy! – I couldn't be happier with all my visits to Herzog-Meier. Kyle Roethlein is a very gracious and courteous employee, he makes it easy to get what I need done on my vehicle. He is always happy and pleasant which is rare these days in customer service. The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great!

Very Refreshing Service! – 5 Stars! Richard had a great low-key approach that was really refreshing after some other salesmen I dealt with. And I got a great deal without a lot of haggling. And a few days after the sale Richard gave me a call just to make sure everything was good with the car, which I really appreciated.

Exceptional Service – I am always happy to take a break from my life in the waiting room while they fix up my car. The service is exceptional and the area is welcoming and comfortable. Also they have the best oranges on the snack table in the waiting room. I love that they stock something that has very little carbs for those of us with odd dietary needs.

Very helpful and accommodating – Engell at Herzog-Meier was very helpful and accommodating. His service was prompt and thorough. He took care of everything that needed to be done and even recommended a new set of tires. I was impressed that I got everything handled in one location and one day. I plan to return in the future and will request Engell as my service manager.

Make purchasing easy – I recently purchased a 2010 VW Jetta for my son at Herzog Meier Volkswagen. I purchase Mercedes, Cadillac and Land Rovers for myself, but this was one of the best experiences to date with a car dealership. Great manager, sales and staff. They make purchasing a vehicle easy and set a role model for the industry.
