The Sales Personnel at the dealership are very prompt and courteous in attending to customer inquiries and in demonstrating the features and benefits of the vehicles.
Dustin Wheeler at Capital VW did a wonderful job servicing my VW CC on its 10,000 miles service. Not only was everything was done well but when I picked up my car it was immaculate, so it was a nice surprise to see it had been washed and vacuumed just like I was picking up a new car. Dustin was great an answered all my questions and helped me by showing my now to use some of the car's technology that I had not been able to figure out how to use.
Their customer service was amazing and they worked with us to meet our needs.

I have used Pacific Volkswagen for my Passat for several years. Susan Ahn has been my go to Service Advisor for sometime and she is excellent! From the time I walk into service until I leave with my serviced car Susan keeps me informed, answers my questions and explains details so I can understand them.
We had an outstanding experience with this dealership on Saturday. We bought a brand new Hyundai Elantra Touring from Eric Dance and the whole process was a breeze. Everyone is very friendly and go out of their way to make sure you're well taken care of. The finance department handled all the paper quickly and we were given a tour of the service department.
