Exceptional Service & Waiting Area – I am always happy to take a break from my life in the waiting room at Herzog-Meier while they fix up my car. The service is exceptional and the area is welcoming and comfortable. Also they have the best oranges on the snack table in the waiting room. I love that they stock something that has very little carbs for those of us with odd dietary needs.
Easy and a Great Deal – 5 Stars! Richard had a great low-key approach that was really refreshing after some other salesmen I dealt with. And I got a great deal without a lot of haggling. And a few days after the sale Richard gave me a call just to make sure everything was good with the car, which I really appreciated.
I couldn't be happier with all my visits to Herzog-Meier. Kyle Roethlein is a very gracious and courteous employee, he makes it easy to get what I need done on my vehicle. He is always happy and pleasant which is rare these days in customer service. The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great!
Outstanding Staff and Affordable – I am really enjoying the 2006 Mini Cooper I bought from Herzog-Meier. It is a great, fun car. Everything I was looking for and a great price. I would rate everything and everyone I dealt with at Herzog-Meier a 5 out of 5. Richard was very easy to deal with and I felt like he did the best job he could do with what I was looking for. I also really enjoyed dealing with Dave in the financial department, he was very informative and helpful.
The Very Best Service Consultants – I recently took my '03 Passat to Herzog Meier and I loved my new service consultant, Engell! I have had others assist me in the past, but he has surpassed all the other service consultants I have had. Looking forward to working with him on future visits. He was fabulous and very informative.
5-Star Sales Department – We had a great experience, I would rate it as 5 star! Doug Galloway was great! We were looking at Audi and Lexus vehicles as well as Volvos, and without Doug's help we may have purchased a car that wasn't right for us. Thanks again.
Great Service Department – My service rep Mike went out of his way to fix a headlight that was out (not one of the reasons I brought the car in) and this was very close to closing time. I travel to Herzog-Meier from West Linn because I like the service department and bring both of my Passats there. I have always been pleased with the service.
Deceptive and Dishonest – I traded in a SUV under the Federal Cash for Clunkers program. Now the sales manager says that they kept the car and I am not eligible for the salvage rebate less $50. We wanted to get our old gas guzzler off the streets, but now we think it is being sold to someone else. I think that they broke the law by not destroying the drive train and shredding it. I will research the VIN to see what really happened.
Awesome Dealership! – I can't thank the guys at Herzog-Meier enough for the deal they got me on my new Mazda3! My husband and I are on a very tight budget so we shopped around A LOT - and Herzog-Meier gave us the best price. I assumed it would be the standard high-pressure sales environment we experienced everywhere else, but it was the exact opposite.
