They have a great staff – Kyle was very personable, accommodating and knowledgeable.

HORRIBLE Customer Service in the Service deparment – I purchased my car at Herzog-Meier and had phenomenal experience. The Sales team was helpful, warm, efficient. It was as such that I decided to take my car to be serviced there instead of taking it to Armstrong, which is only a few minutes from my house. It was a big mistake. Pleasant buying experience – This review is for VW purchase. I was a first time car buyer and extremely nervous. The moment I stepped onto the lot I was greeted with a friendly and welcoming face. Ayman was incredibly calm and patient, walking me through step-by-step the process of buying my new Volskwagen. It was a pleasant buying experience, and I would definitely go back.
