As usual, everything went great at my recent Volvo service! Cameron Clifton met me at the car as soon as I drove up. I appreciate all he always does to help make the service experience as painless as possible, and for always explaining everything! Also, everything was completed in less time than I expected! I have a broken spring on the driver's front wheel. When I phoned Capital Eurocars, Rosemarie Jones was more than helpful in getting me looked after. She had to make a call to make sure they could get the parts (I have a Canadian Jetta) then called me back with a price and set up a service date that would work with my schedule. She was very polite, helpful and professional in her dealings with me. Once our company leave, we will have the repairs made.
They made all the right comments and actions to ensure that I would drive away with a VW car.

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I've owned several vehicles and visited many dealerships from Toyota to Lincoln and many others. My salesman Jack was extremely knowledgeable and not obnoxiously pushy like many salespeople. I'm looking forward to enjoying my Passat. Chase did a great job on my monthly payment.
