The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great! I couldn't be happier with all my visits to Herzog-Meier. Kyle Roethlein is a very gracious and courteous employee, he makes it easy to get what I need done on my vehicle. He is always happy and pleasant which is rare these days in customer service. The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great!
This dealership sets the bar! I recently purchased a 2010 VW Jetta for my son at Herzog Meier Volkswagen. I purchase Mercedes, Cadillac and Land Rovers for myself, but this was one of the best experiences to date with a car dealership. Great manager, sales and staff. They make purchasing a vehicle easy and set a role model for the industry.
Unbelievable Service Department! I switched over to Herzog Meier VW from Armstrong VW after talking to Kyle. Kyle has been fantastic to work with. The level of customer service is on a whole different level here and the technicians seem far more capable as well. Overall the experience there is great. Armstrong VW is less than 5 miles from my office and I still will continue to work with Kyle and Herzog Meier.
Easy and a Great Deal 5 Stars! Richard had a great low-key approach that was really refreshing after some other salesmen I dealt with. And I got a great deal without a lot of haggling. And a few days after the sale Richard gave me a call just to make sure everything was good with the car, which I really appreciated.
Quality Shop With Quality Staff I am from Medford, OR and this is the second time my daughter's VW needed service at Herzog-Meier. They run a quality shop with quality folks. Engell Pellumbi was outstanding as my service advisor!! Engell even washed the car for her prior to pick-up. My daughter was impressed as well...and that can be hard to do with college folks! They do it right the first time, and saving time is very big to me.
Great Service Department My service rep Mike went out of his way to fix a headlight that was out (not one of the reasons I brought the car in) and this was very close to closing time. I travel to Herzog-Meier from West Linn because I like the service department and bring both of my Passats there. I have always been pleased with the service.
Do NOT buy a car from Herzog Meier. My wife and I purchased a late model Volvo from Herzog-Meier and wow â what a mistake. After a long pitch about how âdependableâ the Volvo is, they then sold us a warranty for $2000 that covers absolutely NOTHING. As soon as we bought the car, the coolant light came on. When I went to fill the coolant, I couldnât open the hood because the hood latch was broken. Finally a Service Department You Can Trust! I have never had a "repair guy" I could trust in regards to my car. Having worked as a service writer for a short time I understand the stresses of the job and as a customer that it can be hard to find a trustworthy person to deal with when handing over your keys.
