I can't say enough good things about the service department... Doug and Allen set the bar extraordinarily high when it comes to customer service.
I came to Herzog-Meier with some mechanical issues with my Volvo. Doug, and Allen saw to it that my experience was as pleasant as possible. Their knowledge and cheery character far exceeded my expectations.
It is worth the drive to Beaverton to get my XC70 serviced at Herzog-Meier Volvo. Doug is awesome!
We recently purchased a 2006 XC90 from another dealer. We brought our ride into Herzog Meier and were so pleased with the service. Doug went above and beyond in every way and helped us through some bumps in the repair process (having nothing to do with Herzog Meier). The car needed some spendy work done on it, but Doug made it so much easier for us by providing a loaner through the process at no charge. Every time I bring my Volvo in for service, not only is it fixed quickly, it's washed and waiting for me to pick up. Doug Smith is one of the best guys at an automobile dealership that I have seen. This guy is a rock!
Herzog Meier Volvo (and Doug specifically) took such great care of me! I recently bought a 2010 XC60. When I called Jim Fisher Volvo to make an appointment for my 30,000 mile check, I was told that I "may or may not" be responsible for the 500 dollar cost of the service (it was my understanding that my FSM warranty was in effect). I am writing to inform you of my experience with Herzog-Meier Volvo Service Department on 07/02/2012. I came in for a fuel pump recall on my XC90 and asked to be called with an estimate for repair regarding the airbag service light I had on. At no point (initial appointment call, reminder of appointment call, call with the $1600 repair estimate) was a diagnostic fee discussed. We visited another VW dealer before coming to Herzog-Meier. The other dealer was the worst experience. Sceptical, we contacted Richard Kim at Herzog. WOW!!! What a difference. He made us feel like customers of the year. We got a great price (as promised), we felt special and he was on the ball. Please see this dealer before going else where!!!
