I came in to trade in my car for a new one and it was the best experience that I've ever had when it comes to car sales. I came here to get my car serviced also and the service and the staff is the best of the best. I cant see myself going anywhere else.
I bought my car new from Falcone Subaru, the purchase experience was the worst ever. I have had the car approximately 5 months and it has been nothing but problems. The radio unit went bad, the safety features of the car were inoperative, and the gas gauge doesnâ??t work. I took the car in immediately. William Aitchison was the salesman I had worked with on the sale of my new Jetta. He was very thorough, and helped me get the exact car I wanted. He was extremely polite and not pushy as some salesmen I have dealt with before. Tne experience was the best I have had in buying a car. We have been taking our two VW's to Pacific VW for routine service and repair for many years now. Their service dept. has always done the service and repairs promptly and correctly that is until my last service which required a return visit to correct a problem. The good news is that once I brought the problem to their attention they resolved it promptly. I dealt with Norma and left sitting around for long periods wasting time, not to mention they showed me a dirty SUV. I had a pre approval and went there explaining I did not want my credit ran again and wanted to use my deal only. I was told by Norma this was ok and they needed stubs and then i could sign paperwork. Left sitting so long I had to go and was told i could come tomorrow and sign the documents. (Julio, Jon) Went in for a 10,000 mile check-up at noon, and they not only managed to get my car back to me in less than 2 hours, but they also arranged for car service to take me to the beach to chill while I waited at no extra charge!
