"This dealership sells junk cars! RUN AWAY!" I purchased a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 104k miles and paid cash. I too was made to pose in front of the car with an "AS IS" sign in my hand so they could take a photo. The only redeeming part about the vehicle turned out to be the "fairly new tires". Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. This was my second experience with them. We did buy a top of the line Mazda from here a few months ago and were ready for another so i decided, against my wife kicking and screaming about returning here, to give them a 2nd chance after the 1st bad visit. Wish i wouldn't have!!!!!! Rude, condescending, lied and more. We bought a Volvo C30 on March 27, 2013. At the very end of the sale as we were getting ready to drive away we asked Boris, our sales person for the other key to car. He said, "I can only find one right now." We said, "That's a problem. We have to have two keys." He said he'd go look for it. He came back a few minutes later and said that he was having trouble finding it- but would send it to us. We took him at his word. UPDATED: H-M made it right. In my earlier review I complained that Herzog-Meier Mazda did not honor a written quote Jess Tichenor (one of their internet specialists) provided over email. As my earlier review noted, part of the reason my wife and I found this so distressing is that we drove four hours to the dealership because the deal was so good. Doug Smith is awesome! My car broke down and needed a new transmission. Doug got my car in and out within a matter of a few days. Another mechanic quoted me $3900...Doug saved me over $2200. What a relief when you're a 1 car family and a little strapped for cash! Thanks Doug!

I am amazed every time that the service at Herzog-Meier Volvo just keeps getting better and better. Doug Smith goes out of his way to wow me every time--no matter what the request. He reminds me of needed service, looks for ways to save me money, helps with third-party communication, and has even taken the time to drive me to work personally. I always feel like I'm the most important client of the week (but from other reviews I can see that I'm not the only one!).

During the past year and a half we've had the honor of working with Nic Perez, VW Service Manager.
