great – My service rep Mike went out of his way to fix a headlight that was out (not one of the reasons I brought the car in) and this was very close to closing time. I travel to Herzog-Meier from West Linn because I like the service department and bring both of my Passats there. I have always been pleased with the service.

I switched over to Herzog Meier VW from Armstrong VW after talking to Kyle. Kyle has been fantastic to work with. The level of customer service is on a whole different level here and the technicians seem far more capable as well. Overall the experience there is great. Armstrong VW is less than 5 miles from my office and I still will continue to work with Kyle and Herzog Meier.

Loved my Service Consultant!! – I recently took my '03 Passat and I loved my new service consultant, Engell! I have had others assist me in the past, but he has surpassed all the other service consultants I have had. Looking forward to working with him on future visits. He was fabulous and very informative.

This company is great! – We had a great experience, I would rate it as 5-star! Doug Galloway was great! We were looking at Audi and Lexus vehicles as well as Volvos, and without Doug's help we may have purchased a car that wasn't right for us. Great deal, friendly sales staff and easy buying process. Thanks again.

Great Fun Car – I am really enjoying the 2006 Mini Cooper I bought from Herzog-Meier. It is a great, fun car. Everything I was looking for and a great price. I would rate everything and everyone I dealt with at Herzog-Meier a 5 out of 5. Richard was very easy to deal with and I felt like he did the best job he could do with what I was looking for. I also really enjoyed dealing with Dave in the financial department, he was very informative and helpful.

So happy! – I couldn't be happier with all my visits to Herzog-Meier. Kyle Roethlein is a very gracious and courteous employee, he makes it easy to get what I need done on my vehicle. He is always happy and pleasant which is rare these days in customer service. The whole Herzog-Meier staff is great!

Very Refreshing Service! – 5 Stars! Richard had a great low-key approach that was really refreshing after some other salesmen I dealt with. And I got a great deal without a lot of haggling. And a few days after the sale Richard gave me a call just to make sure everything was good with the car, which I really appreciated.

Exceptional Service – I am always happy to take a break from my life in the waiting room while they fix up my car. The service is exceptional and the area is welcoming and comfortable. Also they have the best oranges on the snack table in the waiting room. I love that they stock something that has very little carbs for those of us with odd dietary needs.
