Javier Alcantar-Garcia saved the day! My husband and I were on a cross country trip, moving from Colorado to California with two cats and we had an issue come up with our car in Wyoming. We were fortunate enough to get the car to Strong in the evening. Javier convinced a technician to stay late and do the fix to our car so that we could get back on the road that night. This kind of service was above and beyond. I am forever grateful and would encourage anyone to visit Strong for service.

I came in earlier than the appointment, and was sitting in my car. Dustin Wheeler came out to my car to find out what I needed done. He had to let me walk through his office (because the door to the waiting room was not opened). I had two discount coupons, but I could only use one. He let me know which one was best, and applied the discount to all the parts that I had to buy.
