Dont buy a car from them! All they want to do is run your credit and take the easy deals and kick everyone to the side. They dont call you back
This dealership failed me. This was my first time making a very important decision. I traded in a 2016 Nissan Rogue and decided to get a 2018 Cheverolet Malibu. They took my truck, I paid $250 for a down payment and was given my brand new car. I would seriously recommend Concord of Kia. I was wanting to get our of my car because I felt like I was riding on the ground in my other car and Clayton, the manager and the finance manager were very receptive of my wants in a car. I absolutely recommend them I love my Kia optima!!!! Clayton got me exactly what I wanted within my budget.. He was very professional and amazing. I will be back for my next purchase of my SUV very soon. I also recommended him to all my coworkers and they all came too we all got Kia optimas our whole bus lot looks like a Kia dealership! lol. Clayton does his due diligence for the customer.5 stars from me!!!!!
Purchased a car from the Kia store in ******** North Carolina the experience went very well my sales person was Clayton C****** very professional sales person got me the color that I wanted and the interior color that I want he went over and above to try to make me happy I was very pleased and I would buy again.

I will start out by saying I went to Kia of Concord to look at purchasing a car because my friend recommended. I went and that night I found the car I wanted. I was so happy. I went home and then my bank said they would not do the deal for that amount. I was so heartbroken and disappointed. I have been working on making sure that I could purchase a car that was good for me to drive back and forth to work. I was so depressed and upset.
