Long story short, we purchased the car on Friday. We didn't bring it home as it had to go through your multi-point inspection when transferring from one dealership to another. (This wasn't told until after the papers were signed) but we were understanding because we didn't have the down payment on hand. This dealership is a bunch of thieves. They refused to show me anything in writing and said I can see in in finance on the contract once everything is finalized. Once I insisted I will not move forward with the deal they admitted the terms were not as I asked and said they would not do the deal based on what they offered. Completely lied and wasted my time. Save your money and go to another dealership. Do not support thieves.

We have spoken to this customer and I assured her that we would refund her entire down payment of $1000. When we spoke last Thursday I told her that we would be sending the check out this week. The check is being sent FedEx and I will provide the tracking number once I receive it.
Sales person was good. But the process who processed the loan Joseph l**** was lying about the promotional offers. Very rude and does have proper customer service. I would not recommend buying a new car from here. Goto ************ they have better customer service and very knowledgeable and better warranty.

Hendrick Chevrolet on ***************** in ********* was supposed to do the body repaired on my truck. They estimated a 6 week turn around. It's going on 4 months now and still no truck. For the last 7 weeks they've had the truck because of the poor quality of repair work they did originally. I have purchase a 2017 Toyota Camry from your company. On September 21,2018 gone for a oil change. Where your company allowed someone to steal my car from your business. I gave this dealership my keys and car and walk out with out my car. Not one person from Rick Hendrick contact me back it been 5 weeks and counting.i would never purchase anything from this company. I have experienced nothing but trouble from Rick Hendrick in ******. Purchased a brand new car, somehow they "lost" the second key. Took over a month and several trips to the dealership to get that. Keep in mind, I live over an hour away, so making multiple trips was very inconvenient. I am still experiencing issues and constantly being lied to. I simply want to talk with a manager about these issues and cannot get them to talk to me, answer the phone, or email me back.

Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Arrived early. Still waiting after 2-1/2 hours. This is NOT good service.
