On October 1st 2016 i purchased a 2016 Toyota Corolla from this dealership. The buying experience was okay, just that okay. Nothing spectacular at all. Unfortunately, my new car was flooded downtown during the hurricane. Im fully coverage by my insurance company. Assuming that due to natural disaster my car would be totaled out and replaced due to flood damage. Mrs.******** vehicle came to us in October after sustaining water damage during hurricane Matthew. We diagnosed and repaired the vehicle based on what we found at that time and all work and repair estimates were approved by their insurance company. The vehicle came back to us in December with a transmission concern where we found a small amount of corrosion in a wiring harness. Rebecca was very nice. She comes across as truly caring fir the customer, and I appreciate that. She is one of the reasons I continue to come back. Wish ALL my issues with my 2 year old car was taken care of at once instead of having to mention what I need fixed and one thing gets fixed and the others forgotten.
