Terrible experience. They treat the recall customer like a trash, hold them for full day and give them a hard time to loan a car.
I have had my truck in twice for A/C repair and it is still not fixed. After a bill of over $750 with a little more than a $100 in parts. Now I find that they have a F failing grade with the BBB. I live 30 miles south of their dealership. I would have preferred their technicians could not fix the problem. Unfortunately we own 3 Toyota products. I hoped the Hendrick name would be backed with better service. ****************

I drove from Asheville to ******** Motors of Charlotte to purchase a used 2014 E350 Benzthe second-in-charge was arrogant, insulting, with an air of entitlement; you would have thought I was spending his money. I wrote a letter to the owner; it has been three weeks and I have not received a reply. I was so humiliated in the lobby of the company that I no longer want a Mercedes anything. I have owned three other Mercedes.
Great place for service and they have time to listen and take a little extra time with you.

We called to make sure a car was in stock. We were told it was. Jumped in the car for a two hour drive only to find the car had been sold the day before.

We dealt with Chris L** and he was so helpful ! He showed us everything there was to know about the vehicle. He even helped sync our smart phone. He also followed up by calling the next day to see if we needed any other questions answered.
People at collision center are very nice. However the take much longer at getting your car repaired than promised. This is my second car I have taken in and it was an extra 14+ days that I didn't have my car. When I went to pick it up the same as my previous car it had damages that wasn't there when the car was taken in, so they had to keep it longer.
