I bought a 2013 Kia Optima at Hendrick Toyota Apex, NC. I received very poor service. I could not get a hold of my Sales Specialist Terrell T**** when I tried to call him. He did not respond an e-mail about a previous issue or return calls or voice mail message about the subject issue. On 02/01/18, I placed a $1,000 down payment on the 2013 Kia Optima. I had a great experience at the Hendrick Audi Northlake in charlotte. Kit W*** was very helpful and accommodating with my schedule as I needed to be in and out. Wasn't the dreadful oil change experience we all postponed during work day.
It was hard to even give this dealership one star. I recommend staying far, far, FAR away from the Hendrick dealerships, especially Hendrick Kia. Recently I was on vacation when I went to clean my windshield on my 2016 Kia Soul. After several attempts, no fluid came out. I took it to ********* ********************** who told me I needed a new washer pump. I spoke with friends, family, coworkers, etc. and this has never happened to any of them. poor services , does not return phone call's. Doing major work on my car. didn't offer loaner car like most dealership do . have consistently made excuses.
I was told by Aaron that the radio in my car needed to be replaced due issues with the Bluetooth and the radio powering on and off. I paid $100.00 for the radio to be replaced. Within 3 weeks I started having issues with the radio again. The radio was doing the same things as before. I went back to the dealership and spoke with James who was able to get the Bluetooth connected but never made a call from the vehicle. My car was damaged during a service here and the management did not help me at all, they told me I'd have to pay for the repair. Awful customer service!

We did service Mrs. *******'s Honda Fit on October 9th, 2017 here at Hendrick Honda. We did not notice any damage to her fog light when we did the "walk around" on her vehicle before service. We contacted Mrs. ******* after a bad survey came back mentioning that she noticed a broken fog light after her 30 minute drive home. I bought a new 2015 VW Golf stationwagon from ******** Volkwagen, Frisco, just over 2 months ago. The car has had a string of issues ranging from the car keys not working because of bad batteries, warning signals popping up, to a flickering screen and a faint burning smell when the car is driven on hot days.
