I took my 2013 Dodge Ram into Rick Hendrick dealership on Oct.22. It had a lifter noise. Got it back a week before Thanksgiving had to turn around and carry it back due to having issues, to make a long story short here it is Jan. 9 and truck is still at the dealer.Kind of curious do they have Techs, or Part changers makes you wonder

For $80 the Hendrick service center was fixed our Saturn after**** screwed it up and wanted $700 to fix.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd choose it. Hendrick Jeep in ****** was the Worst experience with a car ever. This is my second brand new car I've purchased from Jeep. The first experience was okay but the second one has been a disaster. I purchased a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee in April 2016 and purchased the extended warranty. This purchase came with free oil changes for life...What a rip off!!! I used the free oil changes but the service department is sooo unorganized. You will wait ALL day for a simple oil change. Very bad customer service. Would not guarantee their work. Stay away from that place. They'll steal your money.

A ****** dealership has let me down from the beginning with issues from delivery, to their service department stealing personal items and jewelry out of my vehicle while it was there for warranty work. During the final paperwork I asked for gap and was told it was no longer offered due to some Georgia law changes. I thought this was weird and unheard of as I work in the car industry and so does my mother who co signed me. We bought the car anyway thinking we would be fine. I have a 2014 Chevy Camaro in the shop at this dealer and it has not been an easy process. I was told that an issue with my car was the electronic control module was bad so I guess the fuel not was regelated. That was $625, I said okay... then later I get another call that I needed to replace the fuel pump pressure high or something. Now my bill is $1400, I am doing everything I can to make sure that I was able to save money somewhere so that I will be able to afford the repairs. They left a couple of parts off my vehicle when they reassembled and are being very rude and unhelpful and it has been three weeks and still no parts. They said they had to order. No communication ever with these people and if so it is wrong.

Hendrick during sales failed to disclose and denied damage to the vehicle that happened prior to the sale. 10 months later, I acquired a repair order printout that they denied existed previously (on email), and they have nothing to say for it. The vehicle has been in repair over 10 times, for over 37 days, and is going back into repair per **************** case manager tomorrow. Hendrick has not tried to make things right for over ten months, and pretends there are no issues, despite video proving otherwise of the car.... ... read more

We are sorry that Mr.********** is frustrated with the dealership and vehicle. Unfortunately a window replacement does not show on the CarFax nor does it have to be disclosed since it was repaired. We cannot duplicate the problem that Mr.********** is having and have involved the Manufacturer in the process. We will take the necessary steps needed to improve our communication going forward.

I recently bought a truck from Hendrick Toyota of North *********** I am in the Air Force and this was my first car buying experience. Everything was fine initially, and then the sales representative started pressuring me on the sale of the truck. I told him that I was the co-owner of the truck I was driving.
