My experience with the sales and service teams have been good. However, my experience with customer service has been far from good. In fact, pathetic. They don't show the courtesy to acknowledge a customer service request and their finance team is unreachable. I would definitely not buy my next car from this dealership. In my case, I had submitted a request on 2/5/2019 to get my Gap Insurance cancelled (at Honda Cars of McKinney). I had called them, send them an email and left a voice mail. NO....NO.....NO Don't do it......if you want Quality CAR service and GOOD customer service, I recommend that You DO NOT BUY from HENDRICK HONDA in **********. ****** has bought two Honda's from them since 2013. BUT NO MORE.... We got a 2017 Honda Touring in June of 2017. I had computer issues three weeks after driving it. 6 months into it had a transmission installed. Service experience that I had on January 26, 2019. At 1:05pm I dropped off my car, a 2014 Audi A6 with 55,000 miles, at Audi Northlake, XXXXX Northlake Auto Plaza Blvd, ************, 28269, to Jasmine S**** for a recall service. Three hours later, Jason L**** called to report that they found the timing chain tensioner extended by six teeth. He reported that this was very serious and needed to be repaired right away. Writing a review at the Better Business Bureau might appear to be synonymous with complaints, and while I DO have one, I'd first like to emphasize my happiness and satisfaction with the sales experience I received from Hendrick Automotive. They do deserve 5 stars for the experience they provide during the purchasing experience. Worst sales persons, they were ready to go down with the price to get the business and when ordered the car they have stopped responding and told me that I have wasted thier time, never seen a sales person telling a customer that he has wasted time after buying car, moreover after week also he was not able give the requested car. Sales person is Steve B****** and his manager Shane, they never respond to your calls, email. PLEASE Don't work with these sales team.

Made an appointment for an oil change because I didn't have a lot of time to wait. When I got there I was told it was going to take 1.5-2 hours. I cancelled the appointment and went to********** instead.

Ok so I have to update my review, 7 months ago when I first gave 5 stars, I was impressed with the service I received from the sales representative as well as the finance representative. However after not even having my car 3 months the engine locked up. Had the car towed to Hendricks thinking they would cover the cost of the engine replacement.
