Purchasing my Buick 2016 Encore from Jimmy Johnson Kearny Mesa Chevrolet was the worse decision I have made. I will NEVER EVER purchase another vehicle from Hendrick Automotive Group AGAIN! Within 2 months of having my car there would be times it wouldn't start! It just got worse! Went back to the dealership service dept. and was told the battery was bad and they "allegedly" replaced it! A couple months later AGAIN my car wouldn't start! I received a "notice of adverse action" from the Easley Hendrick dealership. I met NO criteria for it by their own letter and with my 830 credit score they seemed quite anxious to finance me. This appears to be obviously sour grapes because I purchased from another dealer due to their finance manager's misinformation and questionable actions. I noticed there are other complaints here from people who had their credit improperly accessed. I highly suggest NOT trusting this dealership with your credit information.

I bought a car in August and have yet to receive tags. I have reached out to the dealership and spoke to multiple people who have stated they would look into it and call me back but to no avail. I am currently stuck paying for a car that I can not drive due to the temporary tags expiring in September. This is the worst experience buying a car I have ever had and I've purchased vehicles all over the world.

Hendrick BMW Service often takes longer than it should. Recently, they provided me poor service and charged me to fix my AC that was not working on a 2018 still under warranty. The process of getting that fixed was terrible and I believe I was lied to at one point. Not only did they not have the repair covered by the warranty, but they also refused to provide me any documentation of submitting a warranty claim as requested and refused to show me any evidence of the warranty being denied by BMW.

Your toyota dealership is dishonest,crooked and run by a bunch of slugs.Sold me a used 2014 Altima had engine problems less than 50 miles later.Anither business also found that mileage was 154222 not 92000 as what they advertised and put on sales contract.FRAUD.The management basically told me too bad.Want to give back the junk and have my money refunded.They refuse.Guess it is attorney time

I have been returning my 2015 GMC truck to the Hendrick dealership here in Florida for service. I don't put very many miles on it so other than a couple of software recalls, I have just had oil changes. Now the oil change for these new vehicles cost close to $100. So this last time I noticed the oil life hadn't been reset. Being suspicious of past experiences with dealerships, I always mark my oil filters with a sharpie- that way I can tell if at least the filter was never changed. There were 3 Buick Encore's listed for $10, 595 and 22 listed for $11, 690. When I got here, I got a story about how their website was wrong and it was a third party vendor's fault. I stated if they know it's incorrect they need to put a disclaimer that their prices are incorrect so people don't waist their time. I went in ready to pay cash, but now I don't care of I have to pay $10,000 more somewhere else now, I won't purchase a thing from them. Be prepared to fight tooth and nail if anything goes wrong with your vehicle. They use third party to install things and then if something happens with it, it's not their responsibility because it was a third party install. They leave trunks/windows down during rain and when the interiors get water damaged it's not their responsibility to fix, and everyone there act like children and say things like it's not their problem. They do not do what they say, been trying to get a key for my car I bought there for almost a month no one returns my calls Or take care of the problem I guess I'm having to go to court to take care of this matterI've been in retail and a lot of jobs in my lifetime and never treated my customers post purchased like this I will not consider buying a car from them again hope y'all will do as well
