We purchased our car from Hendricks in Duluth, Georgia. This was the worst auto purchase that we have ever encountered. 1st we got there with our own financing and the car that we were interested in. This was the only car we wanted to see. It was a 2017 Mustang, sold to us as used with 3200 miles on it in 2018. We even purchased the extended aftermarket warranty that we were told would cover bumper to bumper. I have asked for a response 6 times, from both the service manager and store manager, (overcharge, no return of failed parts, etc.0 and nothing. Most pathetic experience I have ever had with a dealer. Have had GM products for over 50 years and will never purchase one in the future based on this experience.

The Rick Hendrick dodge dealership in Duluth just took our car after 30 days of being under contract. Refused to give us our down payment check back. Everything this company just put our family thru was illegal. I would never for any reason but anything from this company again. This entire company should be ashamed

Went in for two recalls, waited 45 minutes for a ride to Enterprise to pick up a car... Then waited for an hour to see the Finance Manager to get a refund on an OIL SERVICE AGREEMENT, that was sold for a car we had in our fleet at one time. It was a Lemon that was Purchased at Hendrick. Anyway the oil to be used was regular oil, and oil the car requires per FCA is FULL SYNTHETIC. Anyway, they denied the refund. So will never go back there not even for service... I usually do reviews whether its good or bad experience & First of all I don't think I'm gonna have enough room for my review!!!Purchased '16 *** from their sister store Carey, Nc. Signed paperwork 7/8/19, did not get our truck until 7/12/19. Was told many lies on delivery from the get go! Was told from Finance guy Steve & our sales Jeremy, that within 1st 30 days of purchase, any problems we will take care of. This is Hendrick Chevy in Hoover Alabama: I took my wife to get her a car. she drove 4 different cars and decided she wanted the Chevy Impala Premier. We were ready to make the deal when a guy came over "not our salesman" and said he could not sell me the car. I asked why. he said it had an engine problem that they did not know about and did not know how to fix it. I told him that the perception of this was not good. Hendrick Jaguar service department in Charlotte NC is a rip off. I took my vehicle for a full inspection back in February and I have been to them 4 times in less than 6 months for the same issue. The most recent visit, I took my car to them on a Saturday and did not hear anything from them in over 3 weeks even after I called corporate who informed me they would call back that day and it took them 2 more days to follow up with me just for a diagnostic(3 weeks for a diagnostic without any acknowledgment).
