Towed my 2011 Acura ** to them June 5, 2024 to possibly get a new alternator. ***** called me June 6th to say mechanic said my engine is locked up. They can install an engine w/69k miles for $6600. I decline then he suggest selling it to one of the mechanics. He says considering all he has to put into it, $300. Again, I decline and have the ** towed to a friend's (backyard mechanic) house. I was going to sell it to him for $500. He calls me and says, "your engine is not locked up, the air compressor is". He had me go buy a n... read more

I've been experiencing customer service issues with the Chat and live personal - primarily in the parts department. I would not recommend this dealership for any purchasing or service related items.

I spoke to the customer, and he stated that he doesn't like our AI chat, which is why he is not satisfied with our service. I asked if there was anything I could assist him with, but he said no.

1.Dealerships Not Trust Worthy, Tried to sell A LoJack device which the Car already had on it. 2. Finance manager Told me that I HAD TO BUY THE, 5 in 1 Combo Coverage Package when I could have bought the 3 in 1 Combo at a Lower price. 3. Dishonest, disrespectful, terrible customer service, unwilling to do anything to “earn” the customer’s business! Do yourselves a favor and don’t ever do business with this dealership!!!! The only reason I am giving ANY star is because 1 is the bare minimum requirement. I was trying to help my brother find a reliable used vehicle at an honest price. Worse place to take your car for service. Last summer we took our Acura MDX to get a detailing service. When we left the dealer we noticed something was not right with the radio (didn't turn off, volume going up or down without using the knobs). When we took it back to the dealer the service staff told us we needed a new radio because it was damaged. When we told them that the radio was working fine when we brought in for the detailing, they took it back to the shop to find out that the solution they use to clean the dashboa... read more

Duval Acura is very sorry you have had this issue with the seat on your 2011 Acura. Unfortunately too much time has passed between the 2022 detail and your 2024 complaint to verify the cause of your issue being related to the detail job. Our offer still stands to provide the labor at no cost to replace the seat in question should you agree to pay for the aftermarket part. As discussed, the manufacturer part has been discontinued.

This dealership has extremely sketchy sale tactics, will give you a vehicle that the previous title hasnt been released on, will take weeks to get you paperwork, scam you during service, and be deceiving throughout the process. They are ignorant of the fact that dash cam footage exists, as well as technology showing where a vehicle has been. Additionally, their loaner vehicles are not clean and the most recent one being infested with cockroaches. Video footage was provided, nothing done.
