I just came in this past Saturday to trade my car in for an MDX Tommy and Dan Radulski made the entire process so simple for me. We came to an agreement on numbers over the phone with them not pushing any sort of crazy extra stuff. They gave me a great deal and such amazing customer service, I came back the following monday and traded in my Toyota for a new RDX because Tommy and Dan made things so easy and followed up with me constantly making sure I was completely satisfied. What a miserable dealership. *** stands for "delivering customer happiness", which has been the opposite of my experience.I purchased a 2016 ***** XC60 T5 AWD from DCH Montclair on 4/29/24.I have driven the car 3000 miles, made 4 payments, and as of September 1st, the car has been undrivable. It is misfiring on 4 of 5 cylinders, cylinder 4 is completely lacking compression, and cylinders 2 and 3 aren't far behind.
