Bought car 9/5 2024 paid cash. General Manager Alice *** never even said thanks how are you doing. She was at the dealership I saw her sitting in her office when we left Almost 6 weeks later not even a follow up. Will tell you ***** *********has good customer service. I would never buy from John Eagle Acura again

Im only giving this place one star. The reason for this is because I was lied to by the finance department. ********* ***** business manager told me that if I took the 3 months of no payments that the interest would not accrue. Well here we are 3 months later and come to find out it did. $758.00 later. if this dealership did not have the car I wanted i would of never have dealt with them. Don't buy a car from them.

I was sold a Canadian car by another Acura who was cover up Recalls and neglecting repairs like a faulty Rotor up 5 appointments. I attend Acura of Melbourne to hopefully help. The 1st visit the rep *** *. pulled up the recalls then told me she would CB with ************ so weeks go by and no call and 2nd visit *** acted oblivious and was unable to access Recall info. *** ******* there did the same with no follow up after weeks. Bait and switch. Be very careful with this dealer. Nice people until its time to sign and then they add fees in. All done when your emotionally attached to making the transaction.

Wasted my time. Made an appointment with Jackson ******* sales associate to see a car in stock. It took me over an hour to get there just to find out the salesman I made an appointment with was too busy and the car I wanted to buy was sold. Very inconsiderate and deceptive sales tactics. I used to be a customer here. I will make it known to everyone not to come here.

I have brought my car in since 2022 for the same repair & was promised on each visit that the issue has been resolved & will never need to come back for repairs, yet, that has NOT been the case and they expect me to pay @ each time. They've come up with BS repairs & costs on each visit. Perhaps it is because I am a female and think that they can pull one over on me. I've had enough! The issue has still not been fixed. I made an appointment for servicing and was guaranteed a loaner car. It is 45 minutes from my home and service would take 3 hours. I made other appointments in the area that I needed a loaner to get to. Arrived and was told no loaners available, sorry. That does not help me. Im Not driving all the way there to be told no loaners as promised again. Grubbs does not honor its promises. Ill find a different dealership to deal with.
