There is no solid communication from anyone at this dealership. None of the employees clearly communicate with each other. My brother was trying to buy a car through them and decided to switch dealerships because of how bad communication was. A week ago they said they were processing the refund, and we were told 3 times by different people it was processing only to find out today that it was never processed and we need to pick up a check. Between my husband and I we have bought 5 vehicles from this dealership. Each time we have worked with the nicest people who truly took care of us each step of the way, With the amount of technology in vehicles nowadays it is so important to understand what your vehicle can do in order to operate it to the fullest. At every delivery they take the time to make sure we really know all the bells and whistles which is also so helpful! Bought a 2019 from a dealer. Had it less than a year and the motor blew, the dealer AND **************** told me to kick rocks. Now I'm upside down $15,000 on this car. I expect to hear from corporate, otherwise we are going to court!

Used vehicle broke down less than 24 hours after purchase. Kept getting false promises for resolve by management and customer service even with the warranty, would never purchase from them again.

its ******************* they are stealing money i dont sign any contract they cahrge me $1000 deposit waitng for a month i need my money back and they don't give me my back said its non refundable i don't sign any contract or aggreement .
