We bought our new to ** Explorer on June 14th. We noticed the ride was getting a little rough. We were told it had new tires when we bought it. We checked one of the front tires when we bought it. Obviously new. Did not think about checking all four tires. Did not think we would have to. We wanted to get an oil change because the car had no sticker and we wanted to get on a schedule. For two weeks I never had any contact! I had to call them on a car I was paying over market for to arrange my delivery day. Then once I show up they have nothing ready to go. Let me remind you, they had 19 days to prepare. I arrive to see a car that was supposed to be ready sitting in detail. Then upon inspecting it find a large scratch on the rear of the car! Very, very disappointed. I stop for first time to look for a truck, it was about 6pm one of the sales person came out kind of forcing me to give him my information, telling me that my credit score was low just by looking my apearience. I went back back the next day and talk to another sales person acorse they tell you everything you want to heard, I end up buying a used 2021 silverado that i drove less than 300 miles and used it for 14 days, between those 14 days I had to take the truck for an alignment and balance of the ti... read more

I purchased a certified precision pre-owned Acura from Acura Grubbs 6 weeks ago, and I was promised by the sales rep **** that a few minor scratches and the windshield would be taken care of without charge. I requested to have this in writing on the contract and she said it wasn't necessary and it would be done no matter what. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership in May and have had issues at nearly every step in the process. To preface, I had no issues with the saleswoman I worked with, she was very helpful. However, it seems there are a ton of other issues in terms of management and the maintenance department. The moment I drove off the lot the check engine light came on. Pur based a CR-V at the end of June and paid to have leather seats installed. No one will return my calls. Avoid this place and I certainly wished I would have done more research because it seems this is how they generally operate.

Mi esposo llevo mi ***** pilot 12 hacer un cambio de aceite el viernes 07/28/23. Despues mire que le faltaba su placa de enfrente G (de la uga **********************). SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!They are in the business of ripping people off their hard earn money! I purchased and used 2019 ******** that they claimed to be certified. The very first day I drove it out of the lot a check engine light came on and I took it back they held my car in service for over 2 weeks claiming they are having it fixed. I pre-ordered two Cadillac Lyriqs with their ***********, ** dealership. After both arrived improperly spec'd I canceled and asked for my refundable deposit back. Its now going on six weeks of back and forth with them and still no refund. Their unethical business practices are leaving me with no choice but to escalate the issue.
