**BEWARE** Do NOT trust the servicing department at Hendrick VW Frisco, **. I took my car in for 2 simple recalls. One for headlamp caps and one for (engine control unit) ECU update. Within an hour of driving my car off the lot I could tell my car was driving differently. My husband told me it was just resetting itself and it was fine. I purchased my 2013 Audi Q5 in October of 2020. I noticed my gas, oil, and coolant consumption was high. After noticing issues they refused to lower the price but eventually able to make a deal. My daughter bought used car in Sept. 2021. Notified dealership that her oil was leaking almost right away, she had oil change near her home, then brought to dealership Jan 2022.
