Financial managers will change your financial institutions even after i was already approved prior to going to the dealership, without notifying me. I ended up with a completely different bank than when I walked into the office and requested to use it. I bought a 2022, and after a week of having the car, they did not allow me to return it. If someone is making a big investment, they should be allowed at least a week or two to change their minds. If the dealership doesnt want the car, how can I trust that it will be reliable?... read more

In March 2022 I went into the dealership and placed an order on a vehicle and put down the non-refundable deposit and was told everything would be handled when the car was delivered to the dealership (trade-in, etc.) We received a few updates from the sales person along the way, but nothing concrete on the vehicle delivery until it came to the dealership offering to pick up the vehicle in SC and asked if it was okay on 6/29/22. Yesterday, 7/1/22, me and my fianc (both active duty Navy) were traveling from **************, ** to ********. While passing through ********** suddenly our 2015 Outback broke down leaving ** stranded on the side of the road. We tried hard to find a mechanic near us but everything was either closed or almost closed so we had our car towed to the closest ****** dealership (Hendricks Southpoint). The only good part is the actual car. I just wish I could have ordered it from a better dealership.I reached out to Hendrick in August 2021 about special ordering a CT5V Blackwing. They stated they had allocation and took my order. Throughout the months I was in contact with my salesman and he would let me know if he saw any updates on my car. Due to supply chain constraints, my car was delayed, which is no fault of Hendrick.I was amazed when I got a text 4 days later that my car had magically appeared at their dealer lot! T... read more

I started the day with a car that wouldnt start and a tight schedule. The team at this dealership went above and beyond- sent out a tech to get my car started. I cant thank the staff enough for saving my day!

Hendrick ***** of ********** wont answer email or admit fault.A month ago my power steering pump FELL OFF,,, (this is not supposed to happen.) one bolt was not replaced when these guys replaced my timing belt last year. Causing the other bolt to shear off at the block. We ended up breaking down in ************. The tow, repair and over nite stay was costly. All I ask is for a courteous response from ANYONE at this dealership..I would not recommend anyone trusting their services at this time.
